If you tan once a week then CLUB GLOW is your way to go!  We'll charge your card once a month  on the same day every month and you will have unlimited tanning access along with membership perks!

Choose from our Silver Club that requires a minimum membership of 3 months or our Gold Club which requires a minimum membership of 6 months!

*1-draft notice (7-day in person, signed notice) is required to cancel all auto-billing memberships. Cancellation receipt must be requested at the store and provided to us upon request for any future billing issues. Without proof of cancellation, we are unable to date back any cancellation. Account cannot be closed while its on a freeze - cancelling an account during a freeze will result in the account being reactivated for one billing cycle to satisfy the 7-day cancellation notice requirement. Account cannot be cancelled with a past due balance. Past due accounts are sent to collections and incur an additional $25 collection charge. Monthly billing membership (CLUB GLOW) require a minimum of 6 drafts (6 month club), or 3 drafts (3 month club) before cancellation can be processed. The prorated fee when joining is NOT counted towards the minimum amount of drafts required.

Cancelling or Freezing your Club GLOW membership

To freeze or cancel your CLUB GLOW:

CLUB CONTRACT GUIDELINES

The following guidelines are also stated on the contract you signed upon joining CLUB GLOW:

​

  • You must fulfill the allotted amount of full monthly paymentsaccording to the Club that you signed up for (3 month or 6 month)

  • If you are cancelling before all of the required payments have been made you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If you choose to cancel your CLUB GLOW, and resign up at a later date, the enrollment fee of $25 will be assessed at that time. We waive this fee upon initial memberships. 

  • If you wish to pause your account, you can choose the "freeze" option. Freeze will cost $5/month and that $5 will be returned into your account as Bonus Bucks of which you can use for in store purchases of lotions, tans or upgrades.  

  • The maximum amount of consecutive months you can freeze is 6 months.

  • If you have not fulfilled your contractual monthly commitment you cannot go from a freeze to a cancel. You must reactivate your club and then can cancel after the following months payment. 

  • There is no exception for payment if you did not come in to tan during the month of your club. - All memberships are subject to the monthly billing regardless. Just like a gym membership or other club like memberships.
